Privacy Policy

 

Information art.13 of the regulation UE n. 2016/679

 

1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

The Data Controller is A.s.d. New Nordic Walking (hereinafter NNW) with registered office in 10088 Volpiano (TO) via Umberto I n. 5. The personal data processed by the Data Controller come directly from the data subjects through the forms used by the A.d. that assumes no responsibility for any false statements provided and if you notice the existence of untruthful statements would proceed according to the resolutions of the Board of Directors defined during the meeting. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted at the address of our official headquarters or by email at privacy@newnordicwalking.it.

2. Purpose of the processing

NNW processes personal data of natural persons, legal entities, sole proprietorships and / or freelancers (hereafter Interested) for the following purposes:

  • Organization of multidisciplinary activities by training activities (courses, stages, conferences and other training initiatives for sports operators and / or other similar figures.

  • Organization of educational events by NNW or the EPS to which NNW is affiliated, related to the teaching activity, in an exemplary but not restrictive way, courses and demonstrations of sporting start-up.

  • Organization of training activities related to EPS to which NNW is affiliated and addressed both to its members and non-members

  • Organization of third-party events to which NNW will take part and which require data collection, in an exemplary but not restrictive way, marathons, races, walks and so on.

  • Stipulation of insurance as required by the Statute of NNW and the EPS to which NNW is affiliated or supplementary insurance according to the request of the interested parties.

  • Communication to the EPS to which NNW is affiliated or to Third Party Organizing Committees of the data necessary for the purposes described in the previous points.

  • Communications through telematic channels and standards.

  • Statistical analysis aimed at verifying the quality of the service offered.

  • Interaction with social networks and external platforms.

  • Fulfillment of accounting and tax law obligations.

  • Allow browsing and consultation of the Website.

The use of data for further purposes by NNW could, in some cases and for specific reference legislation, request the consent of the interested party.
Interested parties are free to communicate the data requested according to the purposes described above and may, however, revoke them at any time. The provision of data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory and the refusal to provide them does not determine any negative consequences, except for the impossibility of receiving communications or not being able to participate in events related to NNW's activities.

 

3. Categories of processed data

NNW treats personal data collected directly with the interested party including, but not limited to, personal data (name, surname, address, date and place of birth, tax code, etc.), data relating to the image (photographs, audio and video), contact data (email, telephone, etc.) and other data related to the above categories.
NNW does not require and does not deal with its own initiative any particular data of the data subjects (data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, union membership, genetic data, biometric data - intended to unambiguously identifying a natural person, data relating to a person's sexual life or sexual orientation).
NNW requires for the Civil and Criminal Medical Liability Act (Balduzzi Decree) the data relating to health through the certificate of non-competitive medical type to be renewed annually by the Interested parties.
NNW can not autonomously intercept the data indicated above so that the condition of member to NNW can not be accepted if the interested party has not declared their written consent to the aforesaid treatment. The data in question will be used exclusively to implement the purposes of the processing.

4. Recipients or categories of recipients of data

The data of the Interested parties can be accessed by the natural and juridical persons named DPO and by the natural persons authorized to process the data necessary for the performance of the tasks assigned to them: NNW staff, the NNW affiliated companies and the Organizing Committees of third parties events parts related to NNW's activities.
In this last case, NNW - without the consent of the interested parties - can communicate the personal data in its possession:

  • to those subjects to whom this communication must be carried out in compliance with an obligation established by law, by a regulation or by community legislation;

  • to the staff belonging to NNW based on the Purposes of the treatment;

  • to amateur sports clubs or associations that collaborate with NNW, or controlled or connected to NNW, when such communication is permitted by the Purposes of the processing.

5. Rights of the interested parties

The current legislation on data protection attributes specific rights to the data subject, who can contact the DPO directly and at any time for the exercise of data.
The rights exercisable by the interested party, described below, are:

  • Right of access - Provides the possibility for the interested party to know which personal data pertaining to them are processed by NNW and to receive a free copy (in case of further requested copies, a fee based on the costs incurred can be charged). The information provided includes the purposes of the processing, the categories of data processed, the expected retention period.

  • Right of Adjustment - Correction allows the interested party to obtain the updating or correction of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him.

  • Opposition right - Allows the interested party to oppose at any time, for reasons related exclusively to his situation, the processing of personal data concerning him.

  • Right to cancel (also called Right of oblivion) - Allows the interested party to obtain the cancellation of their personal data in the following special cases:

1. personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed
2. the interested party revokes the consent on which the treatment is based, if there is no other legal basis that could otherwise legitimize it;
3.The interested party opposes the processing and there is no further legitimate reason to proceed with the processing of his data
This right can be exercised even after its opposition to the treatment (Opposition right).
NNW is obliged to inform the third parties that they process the personal data of which the interested party has requested the cancellation.

  • Right of limitation - It can be exercised by the interested party in case:

1. of violation of the conditions of the secular nature of the treatment, as an alternative to the deletion of data;
2. request for rectification of data (pending correction) or opposition to their processing (pending the decision of the holder).

Without prejudice to the conservation, any other processing of the data whose limitation is requested is prohibited.

  • Right to portability - Allows the Data Subject to use their data held by NNW for other purposes. Each interested party may request to receive the personal data referred to him or request the transfer to another holder, in paper or digital format.

Interested parties and legal entities, bodies and associations may at any time modify the optional consent whenever they wish.

6. Exercise of rights

In order to exercise their rights, each interested party may contact NNW at privacy@newnordicwalking.it or submit a written request to the registered office.
The deadline for the reply is one (1) months, extendable two months (2) in cases of particular complexity; in these cases NNW provides at least one interlocutory communication within months one (1). The exercise of rights is, in principle, free; NNW evaluated the complexity of processing the request and, in the event of manifestly unfounded or excessive (even repetitive) requests, reserves the right to request a contribution.
NNW has the right to request additional information necessary for the identification purposes of the applicant.

7. Data retention period

NNW treats and keeps the personal data of the interested party for the entire duration of the associative relationship for the execution of the related and consequent obligations, for the respect of the applicable legal obligations, as well as for defensive purposes of their own or third parties, until expiry of the data retention period.
In particular, the retention period of the personal data of the interested party runs:

  • for voluntary withdrawal (resignation) of membership qualification;

  • for exclusion of membership qualification;

  • for death of the partner; the death does not confer on the heirs any right in the field of privacy.

At the end of the retention period, personal data relating to data subjects will be deleted or stored in a form that does not allow identification of the interested party, unless their further processing is necessary for one or more of the following purposes:

  • resolution of disputes initiated before the expiry of the retention period;

  • to follow up investigations / inspections by internal control functions and / or external authorities initiated before the expiry of the retention period;

 

8. Browsing data, profiling and cookies

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is collected by the web space manager but, by their very nature, could allow - through processing and association with data held by third parties - to identify users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, and so on) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used by the web space operator for the sole purpose of obtaining usually anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and / or abuse, and are usually deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.
The identification of the consumption habits and propensities for the Consumers' interests (profiling) will be analyzed via the web using cookies, in compliance with the guarantees and necessary measures prescribed by current legislation.
Cookies are text files that the sites visited by the user send and record on his computer or mobile device, to be then retransmitted to the same sites at the next visit. Thanks to cookies, a website remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as login data, the chosen language, font size, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be indicated again when the user returns to visit said site or browse from one page to another.
Cookies, therefore, are used to perform computer authentication, session monitoring and storage of information regarding the activities of users accessing a site and may also contain a unique identification code that allows you to keep track of the user's browsing within of the site itself for statistical or advertising purposes. By itself, the NNW website does not install cookies on your computer or on your mobile device. However, third-party cookies may be installed. 9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving information.

 

10. Complaint or notification for the protection of personal data

The treatment of images is intended by the Association as a didactic or promotional purpose without any kind of remuneration towards those who gave consent.
